Our Vacation homes and RV spots are situated on 20+ acres of nature’s best with over 1000 feet of shared water frontage. If you are seeking a great place to escape... Well... You found it! Come Stay a while! Our Cabins comfortably sleep 2 people, however, can accommodate up to 6 people. We also have a cabin next door allowing for more guests, ask for more details.
Located on the banks of Lake Fork, the premier bass lake in the United States. Emory is in Rains County, known as the Eagle Capital of Texas. Other surrounding cities; Yantis, Alba, Quitman, Golden, Mineola, and, Point offer a wide variety of activities.
You will have access to our pristine park including a stocked fishing pond, pavilion and fishing pier. We also have a boat ramp and an additional fishing pier on Lake Fork
Five miles north of Emory, Texas, off Texas Highway 19 approximately 30 minutes north of Canton, Texas home of the famous First Monday Flea Market. Historic downtown Sulpher Springs is just a short drive to the north.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are costly for a rental company. We understand that emergencies come up and we want to be fair. If cancellations occur 30 days or more prior to your reservation date, all deposits are fully refundable with the exception of a cancelation fee. If cancellations occur less than 30 days from your reservation date, deposits are non-refundable. However, you may rebook and those funds will be applied to your next reservation. You may only reschedule one time. If cancellations occur within 7 days of your reservation date, deposits and fees are non-refundable, and no rebooking credit will be given.
Deposit Policy
At the time of booking, we require a 25% deposit if it is 31 or more days prior to your arrival date. At 30 days from your arrival date, the final balance is due in full. If the reservation is less than 30 days from arrival, full payment is due upon booking. At least one guest must be over 21 years old. Guest(s) agree that no more than the number of persons listed on the reservation agreement shall occupy the Home overnight. Otherwise, additional charges could be incurred.
